Order confirmations are emailed after an order has been placed, and will indicate the estimated delivery date. Transit times vary from order to order, depending on your location and the method of shipping service used. Most orders will arrive between 1-2 business days. If you have not received your product within a reasonable timeframe, please call or email us and we will be happy to track the package and assist in any way we are able.

Occasionally, we do experience backorders. We understand this is an inconvenience to our customers and do our best to mitigate these situations. We will note backorders on order confirmation emails. For additional information, please call 877-260-6441 or email [email protected]

Unfortunately, sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you have any issues with our products or your order, we want to know and we want to make it right. Whether you received the incorrect product, are concerned about a product's performance, believe there is a billing issue, or have any other concerns, we want to know so we can take the opportunity to improve. Do I have to pay salestax?
We collect sales tax in most states however, you may still be responsible for use tax in your jurisdiction; for more information, please contact your company's tax specialist. If your organization is tax exempt, we will need a copy of your exemption certificate for the specific ship to location for your order.

When will my credit appear on my account?
For goods returned with a Return Material Authorization, credits will be processed 5-10 business days after we have received the product back. For goods damaged or lost in transit, the credit will appear after a claim has been filed with the carrier. All other credits are dependent on the situation. We do everything we can to process and post credits in timely manner.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 2 business days of shipment of your item(s).
